I am a longtime customer and have spent thousands of dollars on high quality crystals. I recently moved; despite the seller having already shipped a box to my new address, she wrongly addressed a newer one to my old addressed. I went there several days in a row to search the area & knock on doors, but no luck. I thought the seller would try to make things right by splitting part of the loss, given all the money I’ve spent in the past, the value of the lost package (over $900), and my clear desire to continue being a customer, but she refuses to take any responsibility, despite this ultimately being caused by her addressing error. Emmie - I really thought you valued me as a loyal customer, but I was wrong. You know I don’t have an extra $900 just lying around. I’m so disappointed and hurt - I expected and deserve better.
