I love the piece, but unfortunately there was a rather significant chip on the tip, which is disappointing for a piece so expensive. Absolutely gorgeous otherwise though, definitely my favorite piece I own. *Update: She reached out to me to inquire about the situation, and promptly, and kindly did her best to make it right. I appreciate the excellent customer service.
